Had the day off today and although I was hoping to do some saltwater fishing, with today's marine forecast of a nasty day, it was not to be. :P
So, I grabbed my freshwater stuff and headed over to the lake (by myself today since my daughter went back to school this week).
Anyway, I found some decent action, and caught some bass. Had a couple on plastic, but it seemed like they much preferred buzzbaits today (which was fine with me ;D). Nothing big, but that was OK. It just felt good to get out and get bit.
Hoping to get out in the salt at least one more time before fluke season ends. t^
