hey guys im getting an offshore spinning outfit. the rod i will be getting is a shimano trevala 80-200lb spin. here are my reel choices. 1) shimano stella 18000 2)finnor 9500 offshore spinner 3)daiwa saltist 6500 4)penn torque trq s9. the stella will take me an extra month to save up for but give me you oppinion please. slt

As far as reels, the Stella has been proven time and again.  My question would be, why are you putting the best offshore reel ever made on a mediocre rod?

i have no idea i just thought i want a reel that ill have for a life time and dont want to spend lots of money on a rod yet. anyway wat is a good rod instead of the trevala
