Hey thinking about heading out surf fishing for the wkd around Ocean City, NJ what's biting?

Should be some kingfish, blues, and possibly a few stripers lurking around down there.

I'll be hitting Brigantine on Monday.  From what I've been reading, the stripers aren't quite here yet...but it's my day off, so why not give it a go?  t^

Andy over at Riptide B&T had a few weigh-ins this season already.  Could be some resident fish floating around looking for some bait!   t^

Duriong the Governors Cup Tournament 2 nice bass were caught one 32+ and a 33+ were caught on clams.  There here but for now you jkust got to be patient, Fall just started.

Yep!  Still haven't landed a fish off the surf yet.  But I'm still trying! t^

where is it that you fish????

Brigantine/AC area.  I've only been at it for a little over a year now.  Still a newbie.  I've been on boats and caught fish...just haven't had any luck on the beach.
