Title: What are you going to do with those tog bellies?
Post by: Kenny on November 20, 2011, 06:35:23 PM
As we were getting our fish cleaned on the Bingo I asked the mate if I could have the huge bag of tog bellies...

Paule asked what I was going to do with them...

I sometimes smoke em or in this case I made fish cakes....mmmmmmmmmmmmm ;D

Still have enough left for 2 more batches t^

Kenny, Not to rain on your parade but, belly meat carries the highest concentration of pollutants in both salt and freshwater species.  I would be conservative on the amount that you might consume.

Everthing in moderation I guess is prudent advice. t^
