Title: F/S Pencil poppers

I have two pencil poppers up for grabs from my shop. 
They're about 2.75oz and 7in. VMC hooks, stainless thru-wire and 2 coats of epoxy coating. 
 
1 Chartreuse
1 Blue/white

$17ea shipped or $28 for the pair shipped.
