Left the dock with six aboard. Turned right out of Shark River inlet and punched in the numbers for the Fisherman wreck. As we were heading up we saw a parking lot of boats and slid around the outside of them. Found a lump away from the fleet and began our drifts. Several drifts produced five keeper fluke and some keeper seabass. Ron P boated a nice 26 3/4 inch flattie that weighed 7 1/2 pounds on an uncertified digital scale. Nice fish. The catching slowed down some and we got a call from Skip on Pop's Soul. He told me he was picking thru some shorts and putting fish in the box. We made the move and joined Pop Soul. We did several drifts and put five more keepers in the box. Getting near quiting time we decided to fish a little closer to the beach. Pop Soul left also and put us onto another spot where we boated two more keepers.
Finished the day with twelve keeper fluke and six seabass. Thanks Skip for giving us the heads up on the fish and your spot. t^
