Title: Terminal knots the easy way
Post by: Reel Time on July 10, 2012, 11:36:07 AM
Ever get into a knot and be like, damn i can use an extra hand?

 Well now you can, sorta,,

This was my solution to the problem, simple and cheap. Makes cinching down knots alot easier and will help save your teeth.

I used one of my old assist hooks. Filed down the point and flattened out the barb, with a snap on the end.

You can hang it form a cabinet door, just don't go ripping your handles off all the cabinets in the house. Works good with lighter line

Or you can use the edge of the countertop, desk, table, what ever you have handy, or where you do your tying at. Works good with heavier line where you really need to crank on some pressure.

That may be true, but the best knot you can have, is the one "you" can tie proficiently
