You would think by now that someone would learn. There was a report on eyewitness news yesterday, that a long Island boater was arrested for operating a boat while intoxicated. Not only that, a 22' center console with 16 children aboard. Guess you can't cure stupid!!!

fcp fcp how do you POSSIBLY fit 16 kids or anyone or that matter on a 22 center con??? That's why he was stopped, there was no place for the life jackets!!!! IDITOS >:( >:( >:( !!!!!!!!
