 nosmly

Yea John they do but-they just forgot about behind the wheel training--Can you imagine how many people would fail if they did   5hrug 5hrug

I know--I know NO MONEY--But look what we pay for these idiots on the water.

Take a written test and eye exam for a car and let them all drive   fcp fcp

And one step farther--If these people only knew what OUR Captians have to pay for for hire boats to TRY and make a living and take people out--then anyone with a card that passed a written test should be the same.

I was listening to my police scanner when this happened and I heard them say that one of the boats was rented. That explains alot.
