Title: IBSP hours

I need some info about IBSP operation hours .
I found info the park is open (off season ) from 8-5
I am planning to be there before sunrise around 5:30 am this Saturday  .Will they let me in ??? BTW -i have beach permit for my car.
Please advice.

They are open 24-7 for fishing. You must be fishing.

As long as your fishing and it sounds like your all set with the beach permit.  Go for it.

i show up around 6:30 am ..it was fun ..in 4 hours i catch 10 fish . 6 sand sharks , 3 sea robin and 1 blues .
For the first time - not bad :)
