clp Well done BJ! Nice touch with the salsa! I made mine with a lil butter, salt and pepper! I wanted to be able to taste the fish since I hadn't had it in so long and man was it good! How funny John, we had sweet potato too!! You used to be a cook correct?

Yes, culinary school, then a line cook, Saute, Saucier. A young mans game though!
