The Captain is a horses you-know-what for not making sure everyone wasn't following the rules with licences and equipment. Someone had to be in charge.

We are an over regulated society.  Regulations strangle everything from business to recreation activities.   thd  rgmn

read an article earlier in the year in one of my bass magazines.  idiot from down south caught a state record LM bass...problem was he was fishing without a license, he purchased the license after he caughth the fish.  how freakin stupid can you be, to fish without a license is one thing, to bring in your catch without a license is yet another. fngr

 After fighting to get the earnings, I would be going after the charter captain for legal cost's and ulcer treatments after his blatant case of negligence.
