watching football today with my son,picked up 100 little necks steamed most of them ,a little water on the bottom and the clams in a basket,also had some on the half shell with cocktail sauce.

Nice. My A7P always has them on sale. I usually get the cherrystones.
May get some next week to make some fresh clam sauce and some calm chowder :)

i get the cherries myself... At the shore i get them for $28 per hundred...

Instead of water, try steaming them in white wine. The flavor is phenomenal. You can even toss in some chopped parsley.

Gotta Be Raw on the half shell with a tangy cocktail sause TT^ TT^

Put some olive oil in the bottom of a frying pan, then put in some fresh garlic. Next put on layer of unopened clams in the pan, cover and heat until all the clams open wide. They are great, try dipping some Italian bread in the juice in the bottom of the pan. Enjoy!

Hotrod's kicked Clams Casino.
Steam clams
Cook bacon
Shuck and chop clams
place shells on baking dish
add to shells:
clam
bacon
small slice of cheese
green pepper
shot of Tabasco
cook for 5 minutes on 325 until cheese starts to brown.
prepare at least 30-40 per person t^

gotta try that clams casino,we do one bacon,onion,bread crumbs and a lotta butter
