Title: Tuna License?
Post by: JOHNNY O on February 15, 2013, 03:26:27 PM
I own a private boat and I am wondering if you need any type of license or paperwork on hand if you catch a Tuna in NJ? Can someone answer that for me?

Yes you do need a permit for tuna. The same permit covers the boat for shark also. The permit is for the boat, not the angler.
