Took a ride over to Highlands to check on my slip on Saturday. Good news is it ready, the marina has gas and the clean up of debris in the Shrewsbury has begun.
Last weekend I scraped and powerwashed the bottom and washed the hull. Today I am hooking up the batteries, testing the electronics, installing a new radio and starting up the engines.
A lot more to do but it is a start.
I hope to be in the water before the end of the month.

Made some progress on Sunday but no where near as much as I had planned. The engine started right up, I was a bit worried when the pump did not kick in until the engine temp hit 190 but it quickly went down to 165. Tried it again and the pump kicked in ok. Next moved to testing the electronics, GPS unit is not responding so now I need to troubleshoot the NEMA2000 network. I have a feeling the LGC-3000 is toast. Partially installed the new radio but need to solve the GPS issue before completing that task....
