Brother in law and I decided we wanted to do a little fishing with the nice weather we had this weekend. Got the boat in the water at 0830 and only had one bite all day...we weren't complaining after I pulled this musky in

rattle trap in blue/silver color either 1/2 or 3/8 ounce. it was small crankbait. thankfully he attempted to swallow the whole thing cause after i boated him and safely released i examined the lure and noticed one of the hooks on the trebbles was broken off. would have been upset if I lost him cause the hook broke.
water tempt was 36 degrees when i got there at eight thirty warmed up to 38-39 by two. landed him about 11:30 in about 8-10 foot of water where the channel starts to creep up to a flat.
