I hadn't planned to start fishing for a few more weeks. Just wasn't feeling it.
Yesterday morning I woke up and decided a little fresh air and sunshine might be a good idea. I grabbed a few lures and rod and headed out to a backwater spot in Ocean Co.
Fished for 2 hours with small bucktails and soft plastics.
Got 1 small fish with stripes on a schoolbus bucktail. ;D
Saw a few other fish landed on clams and worms.

Nice Chris. You have caught more then most of us this season. TT^

Hit the same spot for a couple hours this morning.
Took bloodworms this time as well as bucktails and shads.
Had 2 micro bass on the worms. t^
Seemed slower all around today, but that may have been due to the tide stage.

Good going again Chris. I might throw some stuff into the expedition and try later once the honey do's are over for the day.
We had our last inspection today and everything passed so we are waiting for that last check from the mortgage co. now.
Happy Catching
