I am trying to make it again Dave just to sit in the front and suck on lemons...

All kidding aside if you can make this seminar Dave's incite into the area and kayak fishing in general is worth the trip alone.  Make no mistake about it Sandy has changed the landscape in the bay and the more you know about it the better and safer you will be.

Come On Down...

Happy Catching

I would like to start off by saying thank you very much Kayak1 (Dave) for this great introduction to kayak fishing  slt; it was a honor to meet you in person  clp. After last night class I will be looking at things and how I approach them from the water  :headscra:. I never realized when going out fishing and you are looking for a specific species there is no reason to bring the other ten pounds of fishing gear along for the rest of the ocean  rofla.
I appreciate the insight on fishing from your perspective and will put it to good use. You will see me one of these nights out there, You are not alone……
As usual it was great seeing ped579 (Paul) Always learn something from you and this group of fisherman.

PS: I  am taking everything off and going for KISS.(KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID) t^

Sorry it took so long to post these 2 pictures Dave but for some reason they would not load.

Thanks for such a great seminar.  If anyone had any doubts about kayaks before that night they were surely introduced to the right way of kayak fishing. Keeping things simple is the way to go especially if you intend to fish outside the bay.

I am looking forward to get out this year as usual and fish but with the addition of the pontoons this season photography will be a bigger part of the usage of such a great platform.  If you have not experienced kayaking you have missed a geat way to be on the water at a reduced price.

Dave stressed the fact that simpler is better and I have to agree.  The less equipment you lug around with you the better off you will be.

Plus for those that have been kayaking for a while the seminar is a good refresher course in what safety equipment to check and have ready.

Again Dave great seminar and hopefully I will see you out there on the water this year.

Happy Catching

Paul

Thank you Paul....That was great....Nice write up and Always great to see you.

I had a blast with the seminar this year and had some good questions being asked...It was also nice to meet Dale and Chris from NJSWF.

It seems each year we draw more fisherman into the kayak world of fishing.

Thanks again
Dave

Great job on the seminar Dave and it was a pleasure to meet you.  We had a good time.
While we don't kayak, the fish tales, local info and general fishing info was well worth the price of admission.   clp

Sorry I couldn't make the meet. Wife had a nasty cold. Which I think I'm coming down with now. Oh well, what can you do. She's a teacher, and the little ones are like biological warfare devices.
