We were on the water by 5:30 for what we knew was a rough day of water. Loaded up on clams, Gulp, and 3 nets full of peanuts. Got to the reef first, nothing but SMALL Blackfish and a few skates. Got outa there. Went to the rocks. 35 sea bass with 4 keepers. Water was 3-5 and getting worse by 10:30. Lunch at Salle Tee's by 12:30!

Nice report. It's been a tuff start for bottom fishing this year. At least you had action and a few for the pan.

P.S. 90% of the bass were taken on halved GULP sand eels.

t^ I like that place too.
We rounded the hook about 11:45 and expected it to lay down some.... NOT. Turned around off Gunnison and went back to the bay. Still better than work...
