Does anyone have the link to a video of two guys rowing a small boat in front of the Belmar party boats.  He just missed getting hit. It was in Shark River and was on this site a while back.

I tried to do a search for it but no luck... when I put in the word video there were like 35 pages thud I'm inetersted in seeing it though.

I would it assume it is the row boaters responsibility to stay clear of incoming traffic.  Too bad they can't be subsequently summoned for stupidity.   :headscra:
