Title: Money honcho admits to fatal drunk boating crash in NY harbor
Post by: njbob49 on October 01, 2013, 07:59:14 PM
I was searching for something else when I found this article.  He copped to 3 felonies and only got 5 years probation and community service.  He either has a great lawyer or there was a significant payment made to the dead mans family for them to agree to this.

This makes me sick to my stomach. How crap like this happens and people get away with it is really beyond me. How come the judge didn't over turn such a ridiculous ruling? Did the family of the man that got killed not love him so they took a big sum of cash instead??  Disgusting!
