Hi Reel Time,
Give my close friend, Bob Tweer, a call at Hobby Lobby Marine (732-929-1711) or http://www.hobbylobbymarine.com/.
He is a Yamaha Distributor (only 3 in the state - more about that at a later time). He can lead you in the right direction.
Tell him Eddie Marut referred you ... if you would prefer, I can call him for you.
Best wishes,
Capt. Ed

Hi Reel Time,
Mark (head mechanic) is a good friend and btw, he is a good fisherman.
Bob Tweer and his brother are "get it done" people.
If you need help, call me on my cell (732-859-1212) and I am sure he will help out.
Best wishes,

well, it turns out i can use flowscan on my motor, the info from flowscans web site is a little vauge on what models its refering to, think its the i/o motors, or older models or some crap. my motor, an '06 f150 does not have the duel fuel pumps that flwo scan says,, it turn out it has an engine driven mechanical fuel pump.
called yamaha directly and spoke to thier marine dept, and was squared away in no time. and i must say i was very satisfied with the service i recieved. the call taker had to call me back so he could research the whole deal to confirm i was given the correct info.
soo,, woot, no 1k+ command link system,, can get away with about $250 for a flowscan.
