I've been to a local restaurant and when the waitress told us the specials she said we have Florida Snook fish that tastes just like Striped Bass. It just happened to be during the spring Striper run. ::)

the guy says he's just cooking his fish, caught legally, for his friends and employees, in his restaurant. No problem.

it needs to be proven he was selling the recreationally caught fish. Slim chance of that if he was also legally buying other striped bass from his purveyor for sale in his restaurant.
