Tough break, but the law does save American jobs from being lost to lower paid forigen ships/ crews.  It does inflate the cost of goods, and occasionally situations like this salt issue arise, but saving American jobs should be every American's concern.

Good, if more business ran like this there would be a much lower unemployment rate. Keep  buying $200 dollar sneakers made by a 4 year old in Bangladesh

Yes, the story is true. Yes it's also true that there are people I our great country who are in dire straights and need a job. The last thing we need is to loose more jobs to foreign labor forces.
