Saw a little different version of this and tweaked it to our liking.
One larger tomato, sliced. Soak in Balsamic Vinegar( says 4-6hrs, we did 4 and it was great.
Sautee fresh spinach with fresh chopped garlic
Place tomatoes on pan, top with spinach/garlic and then top with crabmeat.
You can also put a little cheese over this if you desire.
Put in oven for 10-15 mins @ 250.
Great tasting add to a meal and low calories...
