heard that there was a big chunk of ice blocking the boat launch on sat.so I went sun.morning to see if I could break it up.arrived around 8:00 to find the lake open.went out to fish for some lake trout and was on to them right off the bat.we landed 8 lakers from 20-21 inches.found them in 60-85ft.right on the bottom.caught them on size 7 willow spoons.we missed 6 more.the round valley trout assoc.will be stocking 100 trophy trout from 20-25inches this sunday 3/30  2pm at the dirt ramp.with a couple hundred more in may.
