Title: BELFORD 5/17.14
Post by: Dalejam on May 18, 2014, 01:25:23 PM
So I decided to go out, went out at high tide 12:30, no birds working, no bunker breaking surface. so on the paddle out I dropped a yozuri swim 5 1/4 . got out just past the garbage line and WAM line running, after fighting it for a few 15 lb blue. so I put on a steel leader play it safe. stayed out till 1:00pm I came in I was tired of realing in fish after fish, never thought I would say that, but after I would about catching 20-25 fish, on a kayak it is tough. so blues are all over they bay,,,,,

It was a awsome day on the water, i loved the fact there were no birds in sight what so ever, so the only people that new they were there were the kayakers, there was about a dozen of us out there. everywhere you looked you seen some kayak hooked up fighting a fish seeing the white wash from the splashing..

So was nice to be out and not be harrased by wave runners. just trying to figure out the next day to call out on if we have nice weather.
