Title: Freezing blues

i caught alot of blues today any tips on how to freeze them im giving some away but i would like to keep some too for later i dont have a vacum sealer but i can immerse the filet filled freezer bag in water to force the Air out will that work ?

Yup, that'll work. That's the old school way, before the vacuum sealers came to be.  TT^

i heard that they taste weird after freezing is this true

The smaller ones around a pound or so are good and freeze ok anything bigger and theyre crab bait
