Title: Aug 2-3 2014 Looking for some hookups (fish and friends)

Going out this weekend in the Shrewsbury river for some fluke. Been getting some decent hits, a few keepers this season. Was wondering if anyone wants to head out. Leave out Monmouth beach marina (no fee's) Water has a large expanse of holes and shallows. Haven't seen any reports on stripers, but could go out of a beach launch area for them. I use a sail and gps/fishfinder. If anyone interested in going this weekend hit me up on this thread.

Side bar note. Calling for showers on and off Sat. Some Sunday, so bring clothing appropriate. Also a healthy lunch and beverages of your choosing. I have an anchor and enough line hook a few people together. Lost my sea anchor to slow down the tides so if any has one we can drift around. Winds should be around 10 mph with slow rolling thunder boomers kicking it up as it passes.

Weekends are tough for me, but weekdays are open for now.  Just started saltwater kayak fishing this season.

Not this weekend but possibly very soon, house work first. wife said so. will give you a shout when i have free time.

Damit i look good in a skirt Bob, you know when you have to jack up your house off the foundation and replace boards, you really dont want my wife doing it, it would have to be perfect to a tee. not 1/8 of a inch out.

How is the fluking season going
