Monday night will continue to be a mix of sun and clouds with lows in the 30’s and 40’s. Tuesday and Wednesday will have a mix of sun and clouds with highs in the low to upper 60’s. Overnight lows will be in the 40’s and 50’s. Clouds will increase later in the day on Wednesday with rain moving in and continuing for Thursday and Friday day before clearing for later on Friday. Highs on Thursday and Friday will only be in the 50’s and low 60’s, with overnight lows in the 30’s to 50’s. The rain on Wednesday Night through Friday Day will be a solid low pressure system bringing rain from 1-3 inches. The Coastal low on Saturday Night/Sunday is looking to be a moderate event as well. Water conditions will be good to borderline through Thursday becoming cautious to hazardous on Thursday and Friday. Winds will gust to 30 knots again on Friday with seas to 6-8 feet. Surf and beach conditions will be good to ok, becoming cautious on Friday. Gusty winds, rough and higher surf will begin on Thursday and Friday. Water temperatures are in the low 50’s to low 60’s. UV Index will be Low to Moderate.
High pressure across the Southeastern United State will shift offshore through Tuesday. A cold front will approach from the west on Wednesday, but stall before reaching the area. Low pressure will them form along the stalled boundary and will move through the Ohio Valley on Thursday, crossing the area before moving up into New England late Thursday. High pressure will then build across the area on Friday, moving offshore on Saturday. Another low pressure system will form along the approaching cold front and move up the Mid Atlantic Coast late Saturday into Sunday.
Saturday looks dry, but Sunday could see rain from a coastal low/nor’easter . Saturday will have a mix of sun and clouds and Sunday will be cloudier. Water, surf and beach conditions should improve for Saturday and look good on paper right now, but Sunday will see increased winds and building seas.
The Atlantic Tropics are quiet. Hurricane Vance is still out in the Pacific, eventually moving into Mexico.
Have a great rest of the week, thanks for reading!
