Lower Lake in Lacey, Bamber Lake, just about any of the lakes off of Rt 70 heading towards Philly, Mirror Lake in Browns mills, the no name (Mosquito lake) off Stafford Rd in manahawkin...
Almost any lake in Ocean or Burlington County will have pickerel.

Try shiners or killies freelined or under a bobber,  3 or 4 inch twister tails on a light jig head or plain hook, small Mepp's Aglia spinners, Dardevle spoons or 4" floating Rapalas.

Good luck!  Have fun! t^
