Well, I had a bunch to say about this BUT my keyboard got so hot that it would not allow me to touch the enter button, so everything was directed to the delete button.

I thought the death blow to the winter cbass fishery was when they closed the season 12/31.
NOW its going to reduce the catch??!! 15 keepers down to 10? The measly 2 months of offshore fishing we had in Nov and Dec are gone.
Im sure more boats will follow the Doris Mae and call it quits.

33% Reduction sucks big time. It could be in bag limits,size limits, and seasons, or any combination of. Another screwing of the recreational fisherman.
