Hey fellow anglers im looking for a good spot to catch some fluke from shore this Friday any tips on spots would be great looking to bag a nice keeper or two

Keansberg pier might be a good spot.

Hi Scott,
Well the fluke fishing has been almost non existent so far around here. If your going to work the surf the ones being caught are right in the wash so casting is not a problem. Last weekend at the Governors Cup Tournament not one fluke was caught and it was fished hard.
So I guess if your coming over this weekend almost any spot you choose might work. I can tell you that the ones being caught are on buck tails tipped with curly tails or strip baits. Colors are mostly white or in the yellow to greens.
Hope this helps.
Happy Catching
Paul
