Fishing was great today as we headed out the inlet we ran into a huge bird play; we put several stripers in the boat up to 19 lbs and a few blues. I guess we spent about 2hrs chasing these fish, then we decided to anchor up for tog. It took about 40 minutes to get them biting once they turned on it was excellent fishing no problem getting a limit catch of 8 if the season was open. I can’t wait for Thursday. Just a reminder we are sailing this Thursday opening day 7 am to 2pm, If any one is interested feel free to give me a call at (609)978-9951 this is special opening day black fish trip, I am pretty sure we will have a light crowd.
