I am actually surprised they did not say they were overfished.

Perhaps their "science" is catching up with reality?

NAAAAAAHHHHH, doubtful,  remember, this is a quasi-government agency we are talking about here....

Bring on the chompers; I just replenished my lost tackle from the last few outings!
