Title: Cyclist killed by boat on Staten Island.

This is another of those "when your number is up" stories. Still a lot of speculation on how this happened. Looks like a newer truck so I would think that would rule out that the undercarriage had rotted away from the salt water.

Since I still see the ball hitch on the truck, I'll guess the coupling on the boat trailer wasn't adjusted properly or they were using he wrong size.
