And keep the "wedding tackle" jokes out of this! t^
Anyway, the question is this: Over the last few weeks, I've managed to collect several rod/reel combos. Granted, most of these are cheapies, but I'd like to learn more about what/where/when they can be used.
Here's what I have:
17Hi Model paired with a 6'6" medium/light action rod (http://www.cabelas.com/hprod-1/0037166.shtml")
T30L (http://www.shakespeare-fishing.com/products/products.php?p=32) paired with 7'0" (http://www.shakespeare-fishing.com/products/combos/tidewater-combos.shtml")
and
This, except its matched with a 10' medium action rod. (http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/product/index.jsp?productId=1954408&cp=2367824.2291514.2291517.2291574&parentPage=family&searchId=2291514")
Something I'm looking for is like someone telling me that it'd be ineffective to use the 7' combo casting bay/surfside, for example.
I have no idea how I ended up with all these so quickly. Seems like I was just asking about what I should buy as my first purchase!
Thanks all,
Ash
