Title: Fish Storage
Post by: SandsharkTrident on April 26, 2016, 11:17:45 AM
Do any of you guys keep fish on a stringer hanging outside the kayak? What are the disadvantages of doing it? A cooler won't fit in my kayak with my crate, and I don't want to use a fish bag.

yes a lot of guys do that. when the water is cold like now it is fine. but when it heats up not so good.

Don't hate the fish bag, it is a great alt to a cooler. Besides a cooler takes up a lot of real state, something kayakers have to use wisely.

besides if you dont hang your fish over the side how else are you going to tell the sharks were your at.
only kidding....
