So far, this is the most accurate weather/surf report I found. It will give you live footage with weather cams, and a hour by hour wind and wave height report. This is a great site to check the night before you decide to go off shore.... Be safe and I will see you on the water very, very soon....

I was just on the NDBC site and for off the coast on NJ there is an alert:

Man do have to get out, this cabin fever is driving me up a wall. All rods and reels are cleaned lubed restocked with new line, beach buggy pass on the vehicle. What am I waiting for? Oh yeah the darn weather. ??? :-X :'(
