Title: Ozark Trail Insulated Boots
Post by: Skolmann on December 30, 2007, 03:33:33 PM
Was in Wal-Mart earlier today (only my 2nd time ever). Anyway, came across some boots that were insulated and supposedly able to with stand sub zero temperatures. They wer elocated in the sporting good department and right next to some camo hunting boots so I'm assuming they're made for sportsman. Name of the boot was Ozark Trail (may that's the Wal-Mart house brand). Price was right at only $35.

They looked as if they would make a good boot for those cold days of fishing.

Anyone know anything about these?

They had plenty in my size so I could always go back and buy them.

I did a Google search and you are right.  They are WalMart's store brand for camping gear.

Only one review on each of the two seperate type of boots and neither review was good.

You've only been in Walmart twice in your whole life?!  That's got to be some kind of record! ;D

I agree,  Wal MArt is an institution in our house.

They have some really good prices on sporting goods.

My family & I prefer Target.

And if it is just my wife and daughter shopping then it is more of a high end mall ala Short Hills   ::)

Wal-mart is good for some stuff but their clothing tends to be crap. You can probably get a better quality boot at a clearance from a sporting goods store.

They should rename the one on Rt. 22 in Union as either Ghetto-mart or White Trash-Mart.

I just saw that Joe,  rofla rofla rofla.

I usually like because in Toms river they have a little of everything, especially in saltwater lures.  I tend to use a smaller lure than most B&T shops like to handle.  So it is there for which I go ;)
