Ships collide in Newark Bay. No one injured. No major oil spill reported.

I am familiar with that dredging barge. It seems to be taking on a large amount of water. It is used to dredge all the channels around NY harbor. The article keeps saying {ships] and I don't seem to see any ships involved at all, only barges. Thankfully no lives were lost. I lost a friend in the Staten island ferry accident.
