Highlands PD just drove down the streets telling people to move cars to higher ground.  I hope tomorrow pm tide isn,t as they are saying.

Highlands floods on a day with a high dew count, let alone a Nor Easter ;D ;D ;)

Town of Highlands is at sea level. makes no sense

still better than a town down saouth that was bellow sea level  :o
