Didnt want to hijack Treebeards post below, so here are pics of the ride ;D
Got her for practically nothing in '98. Was "supposed" to be a short term gap filler before buying a real boat. Then my son and new house came along. That was the end of that!!!
#1 - cutting out the rotted deck
#2 - deck, under fuel tank.
#3 - New wood (yeah, I know, not marine grade, but epoxy coated both sides and ends)
#4 - replacing cam seals and timing chain.

Wow you did a really nice job. I was hoping to be farther along on mine. But I keep running into mechanical snags. Trying to turn something old into something almost new is trying and time consuming , not to mention the $$. Again , boat looks sharp!!
