The last 7 days are being ripped off the calander.....
Are all of you guys familure on how to get to the new slip??? If not, you should get in contact with me!!!
On the other hand...There is a 7-11 on Bridge Ave right up the road from the slip. Reel Life Bait and Tackle is also Bridge Ave before you hit the slip.
I will contact Reel Life to make sure they will have Bloods and Sands...
Keep in mind, we will supply clams for bait. Bloods or Sands are strongly recommended for an alternative bait.

I am defrosting my last pack of flounder from last year in honor of the new season
-
How do you guys usually do early in the season?
-
The season on the northern part of the bay and Manasquan River do very well in March and early April. By LATE April and May, we pick and poke at the last of the flounder run.
Usually the first week of May, the bluefish are chomping thru the inlet and river...

it is always better down south early
-
we are already almost 3 weeks into what would be a normal flounder season...
not really particularly early... you just one of thoses reg things...
on the warm year we would catch them right away on colder years around now....
all depends on the run of fish that actually enter a body of water which varies every year.
hope you have a good opening day ant!

Can't wait. What's better blood or sand worms. Wait I know both. t^

My favorite flounder bait was always bank mussels.
