Title: Cows off Harvey Cedars

I had two reports yesterday of 30lbers being caught off Harvey Cedars and Barnegat Light, beaches. Any confirmation would be  great.

I haven't heard or seen anything on it yet. But it would be nice if they were starting up.  t^
