Title: TNT Raritan Bay Winter Flounders.. 4-17-08
Post by: The Broken One on April 17, 2008, 08:48:46 PM
another beautiful day on the water... On board today were Capt Jerry and Capt Wayne of Fish Monger Charters and the Famous Boston Pete....

SUPER SLOW pic today.... not even close to yesterday though we did catch some in the afternoon on the tide change......

again as previously posted we did deck and release 2 keeper fluke one just a little over 21 inches... making 4 for us already this season.... also released 3 short bass and 2 sundials.....

Not a bad day i guess as i am hearing from the docks that others had a horrible pick....
we finished up with 27 keepers with some going 2-3 lbs and since i dont believe in nets I dropped one back on the swing in that went better than 3....

Again thanx guys for the company and a great time....

Sweet report as usual! That chicken has processed a lot of meat this spring already!  t^
As far as that rod goes..Maybe the trigger jabbing into the palm stimulates circulation, hence increasing sensitivity?..feel free to run with the theory  ;D
