Take 2-3 medium sized bluefish & fillet & remove skin.
Sprinkle "old bay" seasoning on the fillets.
Roll up fillets.
Put all the rolled up fillets into a piece of cheese cloth so you have a ball about the size of a large softball.
Tie the cheese cloth up with a piece of white string.
Take a large pot & fill with water (so as to have the fish ball covered.)
Add more "old bay"seasoning to water & bring to a boil.
Put fishball into the boiling mixture & cook for 10-15 minutes.
Remove fish ball & let drain then squeeze excess water out of fish ball.
Melt some butter & enjoy dipping fish in butter.
PS: Can also mix with some mayonaise and make a nice salad or crab sandwich.
You're going to be surprised at the taste. tastes just like crabs.

Hi Capt.,
I will give that a try ... I eat bluefish once in a while but that sounds interesting.
Thanks,
