Title: 6/8 Sandy Hook Flukin'

Headed out about 6:30 this morning with some sand eels and squid.  About 12 shorts....closest being 16.5.  Planned on heading in early around 10, but passed one heck of a pod of bunker right at the Rumson bridge.  One throw, about 30 bunker.  Spent a half hour live-lining with nothing??  Back at dock by 12.  Thank GOD for cold beer.

By the way.  We were mostly between the channel and the CG station.

Catching shorts is better than getting skunked and a nice day to be on the water  t^

With all the bunker you got, you can grill up some juicy bunker burgers.  TT^

 t^ I like mine on the grill in foils with butter.
