Headed out of Keansburg with my bud dave at about 6:30 Sat am. Headed outside to see if we could find some bigger Fluke. Made several drops around the SH Reef, working depths from 60'-30'.. Only managed a few short Fluke and Seabass.. Headed back into the Bay for the start of the outgoing, and continued to pick away at shorts to 17 3/4" at the Knoll, around the Tip, Buglight, TC, etc..Finally got a bigger bite and boated our only keeper of the day..a nice 22 incher that ate a Peruvian.. Saw a huge pile of Bunker on the FF in the Reach, with some nice marks under them.. Turned out to be Blues, and played C&R with a few to about 5lbs on jigs before calling it a day around 5pm.
