Title: Tube Work'in
Post by: T-Man on June 25, 2008, 03:11:09 PM
Man the bite has been off this week for me. I fished Monday in the fog with my son Pat and experimented with some deep waters and moving tides. All we got were a couple of out of season blackfish on the tubes.

Today I had a charter and had to bust my hump for few fish and only small keepers. The good news is next time out I ought to thump them...

Payback is a Bitch!!!!!!

Each year we get 6-8 togs sometimes over 7 pounds.

No lie.... here's the list of fish I have caught on tube & worm...

stripers
blues
tog
scup
sea robin
sand shark
fluke
false albacore
oyster toadfish

Everything but stripers and blues is just freaky..

Just proves that a fish will eat anything that is available and looks like a meal.  t^
